Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Acadly. Please review our refund guidelines regarding our digital resources:

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Policy

All materials hosted on Acadly are intangible digital downloads (PDF documents, question banks, study guides) delivered immediately upon payment completion. Due to the irreversible nature of digital distribution, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We issue full refunds only under the following verified conditions:

• Duplicate Debits: If you were charged more than once for the same resource due to a network or payment gateway timeout.
• Defective or Inaccessible File: If a document link is broken or unreadable and our support team cannot restore or replace the file within 48 hours of notification.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for an eligible condition, email support@acadly.in within 5 business days of payment with your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and resource title. Verified refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
